Haddenham Safe Walking & Cycling Group (HaddSWAC), in conjunction with Thame Green Living, is holding a fun, family-friendly bike ride around the village in the afternoon to demonstrate local support for the Haddenham-Thame Greenway.

HYFC is supporting the event and encourages players who take part to wear their HYFC team strip!

Alan Thawley from HaddSWAC says:

"Please come along to the Family Bike Ride on the afternoon of Sunday 30th June. Whilst enjoying a fun, mass cycle around the village, you can show your support for the much-needed Haddenham-Thame Greenway, which will provide a safe route to Thame for walkers, cyclists and wheelers. See the poster for full details. Refreshments served afterwards."

All ages very welcome. Little legs should be able to cope with the short route and plenty of marshals will accompany the ride for safety.

HaddSWAC says we desperately need a safe, all-weather route to Thame away from the horrible traffic of the A418. Like the Phoenix Trail, it will be great for walkers, wheelers, cyclists and horse riders.
