Then put your name forward for the Club Committee at our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 19th March 2026.

Even if you're not ready to stand for election, all parents and members are warmly invited to attend the Club’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday 19th March 2026. It will take place from 7.30pm in The Conference Room at Haddenham Village Hall.

The AGM will cover the 12 months including the 2024/25 season, but we will also share more recent updates.

We will report on the financial performance of the Club, including sponsorship, grant, catering and Festival income. We currently have a shortfall in the recovery of subscription income so we would ask all parents to please check their subs are fully paid. Please contact your coach, team administrator or the Club if you need help checking payments or assistance from our Community Fund.

We welcome new committee members from across all teams. We are especially keen to see parents of U5-U10 boys and girls join us as we currently have lower representation from Woodways age groups.

We are also looking for more volunteers beyond the main committee to support the Club in other ways, including the Festival of Football which is scheduled for Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August 2026.

The meeting will be no longer than 90 minutes – with no added time. You are very welcome to join Committee Members for a post AGM drink in The Rising Sun.

Nominations for election to the Committee or Resolutions for consideration at the AGM should be sent to the Club Secretary no later than Thursday 12th March 2026.

As well as the Festival of Football, please make a note in your diary for the Club Presentation Day and 30th Anniversary Dinner. They both take place on Saturday 9th May 2026 – tickets for the 30th Anniversary Dinner (£30 including Welcome Drink and Meal) go on sale next week.
